Dates of term

For the year 2006/2007 Anglo-Russian Music Academy follows a 32-week school.

Autumn Term (Term I) runs from 9 September, 2006 through 9 December, 2006 for 11 weeks. Spring Term (Term II) starts on the 13 January, 2006 through 31 March, 2007 for 11 weeks. Summer Term (Term III) runs from 28 April, 2006 through 7 July, 2007 for 10 weeks.

Examinations

Although no special emphasis is placed on grade examinations we support and encourage those students who have undertaken a Certificate Programme. Our system is based on termly progress reports and assessments. Upon successful completion of the course the student is issued with the certificate of studies at “Musica Nova” Anglo-Russian Music Academy.

Public Performances

We offer an extended opportunity for our students to take part in internal and external concert events, competitions and various show productions. All students, except those in their first year of the “Music Wonderland” Programme, are expected to give 4 - 5 performances every year.
