This Course is designed for students who have a passion for performing in front of live audiences and developing their acting, musical and dancing skills. The programme will be taught by a team of famous tutors and theatre producers. The course is run both in English and Russian.

We offer the Trinity College syllabuses (Grades 1-8, Certificate and Diploma qualifications) on the following disciplines:

• Young Performers Certificates
• Grade and Certificate Exams in Acting and Speaking
• Grade and Certificate Exams in Musical Theatre and Performance Arts
• Diplomas in Drama & Speech Subjects

In addition, performance Certificates may be taken at four levels:

• Young Performers (pre Grade 1; up to age 7)
• Foundation (post Grade 3)
• Intermediate (post Grade 5)
• Advanced (post grade 8)

Candidates can take exams in solo, pair or group categories. All successful candidates in the Grade and Certificate examinations receive certificates showing their level of achievement as Pass, Merit or Distinction.

The Musica Nova Academy also offers a short-study bespoke course (5 or 10 days). The tuition is held in Russian and English. Lessons will take place individually and in a small group. It is our opinion that all people are individuals and that is why, before enrolling on the programme ,we need to audition the prospective candidate and discuss the desired requirements and goals.
The programme of the course is focused on:

• Actors profession
• Stage movement and speech
• Exploring the use of the voice in acting
• Singing lessons
• Development of concentration and imagination
• Learning to understand body language, mimics and gestures
• Freeing emotion and finding connection with other actors
• Building confidence for performance
• Rehearsing a scene from a play
• Final performance

Candidates will receive friendly feedback throughout. There are no limits to the gender, age or social status. We do desire students to be determination to be successful and fulfilled.

At the end of the course, participants will get the Certificate of Attendance, a CD with photo-video recordings made during the course.
